Rabbi!
You are the teacher he knows truly
He rushed to you at night hourly
whilst he heard the words holy
healed him from his mind consciously
he was encouraged to present his enquiry
The teaching of the childhood enviably
did not understand the mystery.
When you say to him “Most assuredly,
I say to you, unless one is born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God” Lord explain
You clarified furtherly
saying “Most assuredly,
I say to you, …. which is born of the flesh
is flesh,
and that which is born of the Spirit
is spirit. …
So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
How can these things be?”
Nicodemus inquire.
