Faithfulness

Dear Children of God, how are you? How is school? Are you studying well? How about your Christian life? How are you doing during the Great Fast? Hope you have been brave and strong to pass all your exams and be obedient in your Christianity! Good!

Dear Children! Christianity is revealed through our work. God always would like us to be good, obedient and strong. He wants us to live by His law and obey Him so that He would give us everlasting happiness. He likes His children to have good heart, smart mind and strengthfull life in which He wishes to take us to Him in the heavens where there is only happiness but not sadness, peace but not destruction, love but no hatred. So people live happily ever after in heaven.

Children, amongst the deed that God love, faithfulness is one of them. What does faithfulness mean? Faithfulness comes from the word ‘Faithfull’ and it means ‘loyalty or to be true’. It is to be loyal to every rule that God orders us to do without any hesitation. For example, we shall be faithful to Him in obeying His ten commandments. This means we have to know each of them. You might remember because we have taught you about them but still let us remind you!
1. You shall have no other god’s before me.
2. You shall not make to you any graven images.
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
4. Remember the Sabbath day and keep it Holy
5. Honor your father and mother
6. You shall not kill
7. You shall not commit adultery
8. You shall not steal
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
10. You shall not covet our neighbor’s house

Dear Children! There are many stories about righteous people of God written in the Holy Bible. But let us tell you one exemplary story about Ruth. There was once a woman called Ruth and she was married to a man called Mahlon. She had no babies because her husband died. After her husband died she stayed with her Mother in Law (the mother of her husband Mahlon) called Naomi being faithful to her early marriage instead of getting married to another man and having children with him. She went to the country Nahomi went and served her the end of her life. Therefore, God blessed her life and she lived happily.

Dear Children of God, we shall always be faithful to our Lord so that He will bless us and give us good life. Ok? Good!

Farewell children, we have finished our lesson for now! So we wish you good time in your home and school with your beloved ones!

May God be with us, Amen!
