2.The Covenant of Noah<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mankind was first created for honor and holy life though he betrayed His creator and be enslaved for his enemy. By His subtle wisdom, our Lord wear the flesh of man and saved him. Bearing suffering was the way to salvation and thus He was born from his recipient vowing in His Holy words. \u00a0\u201cI will be born from your recipients and save you.\u201d (Book of Clement 2:23)<\/p>\n

Adam awaited for many years for the enactment of this work of God, but humans defied their creator yet again. The world was filled with wickedness in the 10 generations that were from Adam to Noah. As it is written in the Holy Bible, \u201cthe earth also was corrupt\u00a0before God, and the earth was\u00a0filled with violence.\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>So God\u00a0looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for\u00a0all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. And God said to Noah,\u00a0\u201cThe end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them;\u00a0and behold,\u00a0I will destroy them with the earth.\u201d (Genesis 6:11-13)<\/p>\n

The righteous man Noah was saved by God from this abolishment by an ark. \u201cThe\u00a0Lord\u00a0said to Noah,\u00a0\u201cCome into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen\u00a0that\u00a0you\u00a0are\u00a0righteous before Me in this generation.\u201d (Genesis 7:1)<\/p>\n

Noah received safety from God with the covenant He made with him. \u201cThe Covenant of Noah\u201d is the word of God ensuring man not to be destroyed again by water saturation. This is the sign forever. That covenant became Divine Protection for humans and so it is the confirmation for us not be destroyed by water saturation.<\/p>\n

On the age of Noah, men betrayed God and so His rage was upon them. For this, He destroyed earth by flood. With the rain that rained for forty days and nights, humans as well as other creatures were destroyed.\u00a0 Only those animals whom Noah was ordered to keep in the ark were saved. Fortunate to him as he was righteous, Noah was saved alongside his family while the world perished by a deluge. After he went out of the ark, Noah and God made a covenant for which the rainbow was a sign. As it says, \u201cneither shall there anymore be a flood to destroy the earth.\u201d (Genesis 9:11)<\/p>\n

3.The Covenant of Melchizedek<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Divine Wisdom of God for the world\u2019s salvation was bearing suffering and be crucified upon the cross. He gave us life by His death. The Flesh He break and the Blood He shed is the cure for our soul.<\/p>\n

Our creator God has foretold this Divine Work to our father Abraham previously. And for the enactment of this word of God, He vowed to him through the \u201cThe Covenant of Melchizedek.\u201d \u00a0Melchizedek was a righteous man who lived at the age of Abraham.<\/p>\n

Whilst our forefather Abraham went to the mountain to visit the hermit Melchizedek the tithe and the firs offerings by the Ordered of the Lord, he received him fetching the Holy Bread and Holy Chalice; then blessed him.\u00a0 Abraham them presented the tithe. Holy Bread and Holy Chalice is the representation of the Holy Flesh and Holy Blood of Christ; the Eucharist.<\/p>\n

The Priest of God Melchizedek, a king of Salem who was a typology of Christ. He became an ascetic at the age of 15, took the relics of Adam with him to Calvary and used to offer a sacrifice made from bread and wine. God sealed in a covenant, Melchizedek as a typology to the New Testament priesthood and the Mystery of the Eucharist. Priest Melchizedek still lives hidden but did not die. This was revealed when the he met with Abraham. (Genesis 14:4, Hebrews 7:1)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
