We can mention the Prophets, especially Moses \u201cwho saw God face-to-face upon an unknown mountain sometime after he spoke to the Lord in the burning bush but before he went to free the children of Israel from Egypt.\u201d (Moses 1:1\u20132, 17, 25\u201326, 42, Exodus 3:1\u201310) The Apostles, who talked, ate and travelled with the Lord, and the Saints who witnessed His appearance in many ways including in vision as in-scripted in Holy Scriptures. But it is only to Abraham that God revealed Himself in His Trinity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The New Testament revelation of the Holy Trinity\u2019s appearance to Abraham is the visit of the three guests of God to Abraham under the plains of Mamre. \u201cThe\u00a0Lord\u00a0appeared to him by\u00a0the\u00a0terebinth trees of Mamre, as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day.\u00a0So he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing by him;\u00a0and when he saw\u00a0them<em>,<\/em>\u00a0he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground,\u00a0<strong><sup>\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>and said, \u201cMy Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant.\u00a0Please let\u00a0a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.\u00a0And\u00a0I will bring a morsel of bread, that\u00a0you may refresh your hearts.
