\u201cLord Jesus healed the impotent man\u201d (John 5:6-9)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The impotent man was embedded for 38 years before Lord Jesus Christ healed him.\u00a0 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, \u201cDo you want to be made well?\u201d The sick man answered Him, \u201cSir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.\u201d Lord Jesus said to him, \u201cRise, take up your bed and walk.\u201d And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. (John 5:6-9)<\/p>\n

But the Jews in Jerusalem lack faith to accept his healing as a miracle. They even tried to prove him wrong uttering on Sabbath, it is forbidden to carry his bed. The impotent man witnessed that man whom he does not healed him from a leprosy he suffered and embedded for 38 years just by ordering to stand up and carry his bed. They were eager to know who saved him, but the impotent man couldn\u2019t for our Lord was hidden from them.<\/p>\n

Then, the impotent man went to Church on Sunday now that he is able to walk healed from his disease.\u00a0 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him,\u00a0\u201cSee, you have been made well.\u00a0Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.\u201d So he gratefully accepted what Our Lord said to him and left. \u00a0When he found the Jews later on, he told them it\u2019s Lord Jesus Christ healed him. (John 5:14)<\/p>\n

Instead of being happy about it, they wanted to kill Lord Jesus out of envy. Their excuse for suing him was defying the commandments of keeping the Sabbath day Holy. Though the impotent man was healed by Lord Jesus\u2019 own hand, he repudiated and even slapped Him.<\/p>\n

Because they were those who were unable to be healed at all, and those who had to wait around Bethesda, a pool having five porches, which the impotent man laid embedded. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame,\u00a0paralyzed,\u00a0waiting for the moving of the water.\u00a0<\/sup>For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. \u201d \u00a0The impotent man was amongst but was unable to be healed by the Bethesda pool as he was embedded and had know one to help in reaching the it. (John 5:1-5)<\/p>\n

However, Lord Jesus healed the impotent man in His own hands. Though later on, he refuted into turning against him as His enemies, the Jews.<\/p>\n

We may have heard of, saw, or read about people healed by Holy water. Just like the impotent man, we shall have faith to be healed. Therefore, we must be baptized having faith in God, who is heal all those leprosies and incurable diseases.<\/p>\n

Most people are not healthy these days; they get caught up with severe and lightly illness. Particularly, the past year people are infected by infectious disease and non-infectious and various diseases; some have even died. Therefore, it is vital to have faith in being healed form any kind of pain, disease or leprosy.<\/p>\n

But many of us lack faith to be healed or get salvation and so having faith in God is off the essence. Consequently, we must know that we shall perform any conduct in Christian life in faith. A man with faith has God beside him; has diligence in religion; heals in body and soul, inherits kingdom of heaven.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
