\u201cOh LORD, I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!\u201d (Mark<\/strong> 9:25) <\/strong><\/p>\n

In the midst of Apostasy era, a time which LORD Jesus Christ was curing leprosies, bed bidders, those consumed with devil spirit and as such, people witnessed his miracles. Whereas he came to disciples, a man in the crowd called upon him, \u201cTeacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou incredulous generation,\u201d LORD Jesus said, \u201cHow long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.\u201d So they brought the boy to him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth. Jesus asked the boy\u2019s father, \u201cHow long has he been like this?\u201d \u201cFrom childhood,\u201d he answered.\u201cIt has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, have a mercy and help us,\u201d\u00a0 \u201cIf you can?\u201d asked Jesus. \u201cEverything is possible for one who believes.\u201dImmediately the boy\u2019s father exclaimed, \u201cI do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!\u201d (Mark 9:17-24).<\/p>\n

When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. The LORD then said, \u201cYou deaf and mute spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again;\u201d Witnessed in this story, our faith is what heals us and the rudiment for our salvation.<\/p>\n

Unfortunate to the world these days, due to lack of faith, citizens are victimized to the recent pestilences of GOD\u2019s rage. Today\u2019s technologically and scientifically developed countries as America, England, Japan, China, Italy, other Europe and African countries, seem not to believe GOD\u2019s existence for they rely on their knowhow about sciences and modernization. They are sinking in the globalization system and lost their way to legitimacy. Their faith on healing through Holy Water is lessened and Holy Spirit heads off from them.<\/p>\n

At a time like this, where people are dying from a killing virus without any medical cure, our faith is off the essence. All mankind ought to plead and fast seeking for his mercy. Conceding this truth, some have put aside of their ego and averting of worshiping GOD articulating that this is beyond their capacity.<\/p>\n

The world\u2019s powerful leaders of this generation have come to believe of GOD\u2019s presence and raise their eye up to the heaven. Countries like Russia, America and Ethiopia sprayed Holy Water and burned incense in their capital cities as well as vital places. Church Ministers, Priest and Deacons have been engaged in this liturgy, hoping GOD will turn his anger into his mercy. Just as it\u2019s written in the bible, \u201cNow faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen,\u201d (Heb.11:1) faith is our hope. Father Adam though have sinned and propelled to earth where he endured pain and suffering, GOD promised to save him through his beloved Son. His pledge came true upon the cross showing his eternal love for all humans. Adam\u2019s hope was his faith in GOD; He deeply grieved and lived in regret by each day after GOD\u2019s edict on him to endure sorrow, pain and death. He was pleading for mercy; \u201cAnd without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.\u201d (Heb. 11:6)<\/p>\n

Faith is powerful, as LORD Jesus said, \u201cIf you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, \u2018Be uprooted and planted in the sea,\u2019 and it would obey you.\u201d (Luc.17:6). Holy Apostles were unable to exorcise devil spirit from the man LORD Jesus healed.<\/p>\n

When the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, \u201cWhy couldn\u2019t we drive it out?\u201d He replied, \u201cBecause you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, \u2018Move from here to there,\u2019 and it will move.\u00a0Nothing will be impossible for you.\u201d\u00a0(Matt.19-20)<\/p>\n

We should also ask ourselves why we couldn\u2019t fulfill our responsibility, repent our sin, eat the Holy flesh and drink the Holy Blood of Son of GOD, strengthen my Spiritual life help those in need, forgive our betrayers, defeat the enemy Satan.<\/p>\n

We all encounter obstacles in life facing them in each of our ability. But the secret lays on the undying Love of GOD and living by his commandments. Mortals shall bare corporeal death but it is inimitable to be sentenced to eternity. The law is unchangeable for all sinners or righteous and thus shan\u2019t contravene them. \u00a0Every Righteous person embraces this living though the shed of their Shepherd. We shall all search our faith, spirituality and religious potency pleading GOD, \u201cOh LORD, I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!\u201d (Mark 9:25)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
