font-family: georgia, palatino\">MOSCOW (Sputnik) &mdash; According to Father Alexander Volkov, the appeal calls for recognition of the beginning of human life at the moment of conception and stresses that the embryo should be legally protected.<br \/> <\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: georgia, palatino\">The document also proposes to ban any surgical or therapeutic interruption of pregnancy, as well as &ldquo;the use of contraceptives with abortion-inducing effects.&rdquo;
